Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

I think the most important thing to sustain for a human is their physical and mental health. A balanced healthy person makes sound decisions that impact the world and the people around them in positive ways.

Look after yourself with respect and integrity and it naturally flows (for most people) that you will extend that positive energy to how you live, who you live and engage with and where you spend your energy.

A well respected environment internally is reflected in care for the environment externally.
