The Lads – A Picture Story Races #3

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Please Note: The moniker “The Picture Taker” is an old one I used to use for my photography on Flickr. The pictures are all mine Taken with Olympus EM5 using two different lenses – the Lumix G 12-35mm and Lumix G 35-100mm respectively. If you missed the previous posts on the Races Series they are here  A Picture Story – Races #2 It’s all about the ladies… and A Picture Story – Day at The Races #1

Looking for the best option

In the betting ring.

The hats

The fascinators

The ….

Consolation.

The Safari Suit is always a stylish choice

Watching along the fence

Winner or Loser – Still Uncertain

The Bookie is no roookie

And what about the Jockey’s story…

Yellow and Orange

Pink and Blue

Thinking

Maybe one day

Back again next year.

Next up in the picture story series will be shearing. If you haven’t seen sheep shearing up close and personal in the Australian outback you may find it interesting – it will probably be next Sunday evenings post. As a Vegan myself,  I hope it dissolves some of the myths surrounding animal cruelty and the process of shearing.
