Ice water strikes warm blood
Veins sizzling, steam rising with the sun
Waves tumble me
Salt water in my mouth
Laughing, I whoop and plunge
Exhilarated
Like a child
Over and over
The waves scoop
Carry me up, over, under
Weightless and free
Body rendered sprite
Effortlessly
Sea foam womb
A mothers embrace
Sun bursts from the cloud
Golden sparkles plume
Beauty
Steals my breath
She can have it
A small repayment
For such wonderment
*and what a perfect death it would be..or transition perhaps, a far better word.

Brings back lovely memories of a similar experience. 👏
The ocean is such a gift Monty
Transition…beautiful, my friend. A few weeks ago my best friend from college visited. Shockingly, she planned a trip for us to the beach in September. It’s been 10 years since I visited the beach, Kate. I’m going to read this again while there. Mountains and rivers move me. The ocean will give as much healing, I believe. I’ll surrender. Thank you for the gift of …you. X💕
Thankyou Karla. The ocean, the trees, the river and the mountains all offer different forms of medicine I believe. The salt and minerals, oxygen and vitamins that drift on the air and enter our skin and nervous system delivering a method of healing that we cannot access any other way. I am so glad your friend is taking you to the ocean – swim! 💕
You’re welcome, Kate. Our thoughts and perspectives are coiled and connected. I will swim! YES! HEALING! 💕🤗
“She can have it”! Love that!
Thankyou Camilla 😊
