Drop the baggage

What we feel

we carry

Stuffed in our suitcases

Crammd behind ribs

Breathe into the morning light

And let it go again

      • my pleasure <3

BTW, please feel free to call me ‘David’ – that’s my first name. The word ‘ben’ in Hebrew simply means ‘son of’, and my father’s name was ‘Alexander’.

I know it’s confusing because ‘Ben’ is also a popular name in English ~ I’m sorry for the confusion!

        Much love,
        David

      • it’s totally understandable and – it’s not on you, Kate! it’s on me… but I don’t want to change my pen name because it reminds me of my Papa…

      • Which I think is a beautiful sentiment and one well worth adhering to David. I love the way you call him your Papa, I can almost hear your accent. My own was “Dad” a rather flat and Aussie sounding word by contrast, but he was also much loved.

      • truth be told, my accent is American – I grew up in the USA 🙂

and I spoke Russian at home to my parents, but my spoken Russian sounds pretty Russian – it doesn’t have a USA accent.

I only have an accent other languages, besides English and Russian
