I ask the star that points at the moon
“Just shine” it seems to say
It probably wonders why a being
Here for so short a stay
Worries at all
But we do
We forget
And the moon reminds us
To shine ✨

It’s frustrating that we look up in awe at the moon and can never capture it satisfactorily in a photo. I guess awe isn’t meant to be captured, it’s meant to be felt. Hope you have felt some today. 💖
